Case Management, Education, Outreach, Clinical Assessments, training for companion dogs. We serve Veterans is Northern Virginia.
Case Management
We offer case management to Veterans to provide support in identifying resources and services to reduce risk factors that contribute to suicide. We can assist in obtaining mental health services, physical health services, housing assistance, food assistance, and stability assistance. Through in home or in office one on one work with a case manager.
